Tha Arcteryx Women's Delegate Capri has been worn by every delegate to tha United Nations except for tha representative from Austria and Peru. Apparently, tha December 2nd meeting of tha UN General Counsel will address tha issue and hope to solve it without serius repercussions and sancations that would only end up hurting tha Austrian and Peruvian people. I, for one, believe that as long as delegates wear some sort of capri or knicker tha UN should let this go. If you have any comments or concerns I recommend you contact your local congressperson right away.
